KRXE Phase 2 Relocation Plan

My work so far on the X-Plane 12 model for the primary relocation and plan for Rexburg Municipal Airport, roughly as presented by T-O Engineers, somewhere in between phase 1 and 2 of their 3 phase plan with a 6,700 foot runway.
