Antibiotics for ten days, antibiotics for another thirty days, lotion, ointments. So, from the dermatologist to the nearest pharmacy, which is Benu. They should have everything there. And the first encounter with Válek's care. The stronger 200 mg antibiotics for the first ten days are available. The weaker ones are not. Try another pharmacy. The lotion has to be made.
Another pharmacy, Lékárna U Otavy (Pharmacy by Otava). The lotion is ready because the doctor sends her patients there. There are no antibiotics. Not a single one. So, another pharmacy. Lékárna u Červeného Hroznu (Pharmacy at the Red Grape) on the square. The situation is similar. Antibiotics are in short supply.
And now comes the second shock of Válka's healthcare. Why go around to pharmacies when you can find out where they really are by asking? Reality? The pharmacist laughs: “Do you think my competitors will let me into their warehouse?”

But at least the 200 mg is available. So the dosage will be adjusted to half a tablet a day. And since he has to take thirty of them, there must be five tablets left from two packs of twenty. Well, hopefully the little prince will understand.
And what about informativeness? Pharmacy chains obviously have an overview of which pharmacy in which chain has the relevant medicine. But only within the chain. So Max knows where he has what, but he can't find out what Benu has, for example. But the chains know this even without Leopard Válek's activities.
The main thing is that Válek is successful in mobile games. The health of the population doesn't matter so much.
