I keep hearing that only the B-2 can carry it, nope.
The B-2 could, so could the B-52, but Israel doesn't own any of those aircraft.
What they do own is the F-15IA!
The F-15IA could carry a MOAB and I'm taking bets they have a couple that could deliver a pair of them to a bunker near you if needed.

The article mistakenly says the bomb is 30k, it's not, it's 20k, still a beast, but it's well within the limits of what their F-15's can carry, heck, even an F-15E could carry one if modified to do it.
Don't be surprised if it's Israel that delivers the MOAB. I don't think the USA is going to get involved other than support.
