Horne and number of others think the surgery was done in Bethesda before the (empty) ornamental casket arrived. 3. Lifton thought it was done in a separate, secure facility, most likely at Walter Reed. Horne thinks this is preposterous but it seems possible enough to me. If the real body was in a regular looking shipping casket and vehicle, it could be transported anywhere, inconspicuously. Did this happen, I don't know. Horne's theory seems the most likely, since it is backed by actuall witness testimony and the dual-photographers evidence. So what would LIggett's role have been, that I don't know either, but they must have called him there for a reason.

From Dark Legacy (2009) This looks to me like solid evidence that Nixon was part of the govt, but very iffy that he did any planning for JFK's murder. Prescott Bush holding his hat for example. You can't treat the DS like lepers and advance to the presidency. Ofc it's possible Nixon had to go along to get along, which would be another matter, but the evidence for that is also insufficient and I'm not sure what he would've had to offer, having been out of office at the time and not from or living in Texas. Maybe he saw something incidentally. It's definitely odd that he didn't know where he was on 11/22/63, 100% he was hiding something. But the idea that he was part of the Dealey Plaza Coup seems to come, every time, from leftists invested in the left-right paradigm, who think it's Nixon because they want it to be. Groubert disagrees, doesn't think any of them are Hunt, Sturgis or Harrleson. Harrison is the tall one, Vlad mixed it up. Sturgis in his watergate mugshot is the spitting image of the tramp Vlad circles as Charles Harrison. Hunt looks like the old one to me. So I don't believe Groubert on this, but I haven't seen comparison photos of Harold Doyle, Gus Abrams, and John Gedney. It's possible, of course, that the CIA had lookalikes for them too.

Wife was on the plane with a reporter & crew who were going to dump the proof, and a large amount of cash to pay the people who had to be paid. Hunt was in prison during the trial and he pled guilty a week after they killed his wife. Saint John was 20. E Howard sent WILLIAM BUCKLEY (the National Review founder I'm pretty sure) to throw Saint John out, and send his little brother with one of Hunt's friends, who he names in the full episode, big time guy who would've had big role in Cuban gov if Bay of Pigs was sucessful and also a drug kingpin. Saint John says later the E Howard was afraid they might kill his children. SO I think it's very uncharitable for him to describe Buckley as kidnapping his little bro and sending him to live with a drug dealer. No, his little bro was in danger and both parents were gone, and he sent someone he trusted to take his kid to someone else he trusted who could protect him, that's how I read it.
