Bullied and assaulted, police corruption

This video is of my son being bullied and assaulted, I called local police the cheif of police showed up did nothing about it because he was related to the attacker. He then is helping the attackers attack my son and I falsifying harassment statements because I posted the incident and the local paper wrote an article about it so they are attacking us with lies.
