He emphasizes that PanTerraVida teaches members how to reclaim their "ancestral lineal estate" and operate as private entities, unbound by public legal systems, through a process of rescinding consent and establishing "sovereign integrity."

Kenneth highlights the importance of education through Gemstone University, which offers comprehensive resources on law, equity, and spiritual grounding. PanTerraVida operates as a decentralized, self-governing community with members in 30 plus countries, including Commonwealth nations. The society has developed its own legal framework and court system, tested against agencies like the IRS and FBI, and resolved all instances peacefully by adhering to legal principles without engaging in adversarial conflicts.
