Ranch Meatloaf Baked in Recteq Pellet Smoker

We 😍Ranch Meatloaf here on the #BBQRandoRanch and tonight we have it for you to see and to make! Yummy! Best thing it is all done in our Recteq Pellet Smoker and it is awesome to not heat up our home with the Phoenix, AZ heat during the summer months! Let me know of you make it!

Ranch Meatloaf in a Recteq Pellet Smoker
2 pounds chop meat 80/20
6 ounces diced monterey jack cheese
1 diced green bell pepper
1/2 jar Herdez medium salsa
1/2 large onion diced
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoon Montreal Steak seasoning
1-2 tablespoons Worcestershire
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
4 ounce can of diced chillies

Directions
Heat Smoker/oven to 375 degrees - should be done on 90 minutes
Bake until internal temperature reaches 160°
Allow the Meatloaf to rest 10 minutes before serving
Serve with mashed potatoes and your favorite vegetables

Note: we add a coating of
3/4 cup of ketchup
1 teaspoon of yellow mustard
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
Mix and add for the last 30 minutes
