This here is the Pec Deck.

Great alternative to dumbell flys.
I say this because with dumbells, you will lose most of your tension in the sagittal plane (left to right) and they have a higher risk of injury from dropping them or a pec tear from the somewhat awkward position in the bottom.

Last Set/Top Set
235lbs.
Heavy, rep range target is 1-6+ including the negatives.

The idea for building more muscle and subsequently strength is to perform more reps past full rep failure and aim for total failure where I can not even control the negatives anymore, and the muscle is fully exhausted.
