Ep 28: The Star Trek MULTIVERSE, MUSICALS, and Other RANDOM MUSINGS" (Mild Spoilers)

MOONJUMPER IS BACK! After a nearly three year hiatus, Moonjumper returns in an hour long discussion analyzing multiple topics, with a primary emphasis on the STAR TREK MULTIVERSE, including “Strange New Worlds’” upcoming third season, last season’s controversial musical episode, “Subspace Rhapsody,” and the divisive controversy surrounding an alleged split in Star Trek’s so-called “Prime Timeline,” as depicted in both the finale episode of “Star Trek: Lower Decks” and the SNW episode “Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow.” Where does “Picard” fit into all this? – Oh, and…ugh… “Section 31.”

Meanwhile, other topics broached include a retroactive review of the 1980s musical animated series, “Jem and the Holograms” (set in the same canonical universe as G1 “Transformers” and “G.I. Joe”). Then Moonjumper examines its 2015 live action reboot movie, “Jem and the Holograms” (Universal Pictures), a rock musical also originally intended to occupy the same cinematic universe as the “Transformers” film franchise, had it not failed so spectacularly at the box office.
