I have no idea what happened, but now the game thinks literally everything is new. I need to go into everything again to get rid of the notifications. Annoying, but ultimately harmless. Along the way, we continue the cleanup efforts in the map event, grabbing stages we haven't finished yet in the rush for the boss.
