Palestinian Mahmoud Khalil was "KIDNAPPED" by ICE agents from his building in Manahatta, Lenapehoking (Manhattan, New York City), on March 8, 2025.

After more than 3 months, Mahmoud Khalil was released from the ICE "cage" in Jena, Louisiana on June 20, 2025.

Mahmoud returned to New York City on June 21, 2025. He is with his wife and baby boy.

"Join us in New York tomorrow, Sunday, June 22 (2025) for a welcome home rally for Mahmoud Khalil, who was released yesterday after 104 days of ICE detention. We will come together to celebrate the return of Mahmoud to his family, from whom he was violently and illegally separated for his Palestine organizing work, and to demand justice for him as well as all Palestinian political prisoners and those targeted by ICE.

Mahmoud has consistently reminded us that the fight for his freedom is intertwined with the fight for Palestinian liberation, and the fight against the oppressive systems—US-Israeli Genocide and the Trump administrations draconian immigration policy—tearing families apart all over the world: here in the US by kidnapping and disappearing people in detention centers, and in Gaza by bombing and starving our people.

The struggle continues until liberation and return. See you in the streets.
