Apple cake: 2 large apples (600 g before cleaning), 100 g walnuts, 100 g oats, 1 tsp cinnamon, 50 g dried cranberries or dates, 4 tbsp melted coconut oil (or olive oil), 150 ml fresh orange juice, 40 g of dark chocolate👩‍🍳👨‍🍳🧑‍🍳 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳🧑‍🍳
