Gospel of Mark- Jesus Silences the Storm

Mark 4:35-41 recounts the story of Jesus calming a storm on the Sea of Galilee. Jesus and his disciples are crossing the lake when a violent storm arises. The disciples, terrified, wake Jesus, who is asleep. He then calms the storm with a word, demonstrating his power over nature and prompting the disciples to question who he is.
