You're small because you're paying attention to bullshit like "lengengthed partials" and "myoreps" and all that purely science based bullshit.

Sorry, you don't go from 120 lbs in high-school (2008-2012) to 232 lbs almost DOUBLING bodyweight NATURALLY by NOT training hard with FULL ROM and aiming for not only failure, but TOTAL FAILURE with a good bulk and dedication over ma y years.

NO MOTHERFUCKER IN THESE GYMS WANTS THIS AS BAD AS I DO. IN HERE BEFORE THE STEROID ACCUSATIONS, before I hit the 200 lbs dumbells in +3 more years.

If the end of your sets NEVER have a dumbell Collapsing on your chest, YOU'RE NOT TRAINING HARD ENOUGH, end of story.
