Pokémon Switch 2 Saves DELETED....but what about MINE?

Pokemon players are reporting they are losing their save files after the system transfer between Nintendo Switch 1 and Switch 2 with games such as Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, Pokemon Sword and Shield, Pokemon Legends Arceus, Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl and more. I decided to test mine live on video and hope they were not deleted...
