Moonjumper revisits a forgotten 1970s sci-fi gem from legendary producer Bruce Lansbury ("Wonder Woman," "Buck Rogers," "Murder, She Wrote") and Star Trek writer and story editor D.C. Fontana, who was instrumental in crafting the universe we know as "Star Trek." "The Fantastic Journey" was a short lived, high concept series on NBC in 1977, which chronicled the, well, fantastic journey of a group of unique castaways on a mysterious island that transends time and space - a concept rather familar to fans of "Lost." Starring Jared Martin ('War of the Worlds") and the iconic Roddy McDowall ("Planet of the Apes").
