There is literally not a drop of law and order in this country today.

The entire American legal system is repugnant to the Constitution and they don't even follow their own 1934 STATUTE of rules of civil procedure.

To restore true suits at common law in federal courts, several reforms could be pursued:

✅ Policy/Legal Actions:

1. Amend the Rules Enabling Act to explicitly preserve the 7th Amendment in all applicable cases.

2. Reinstate forms of common law pleading alongside FRCP for those who opt-in.

3. Create statutory protections for pro se litigants invoking common law rights.

4. Limit judicial discretion in dismissing claims before a jury is empaneled.

5. Encourage Congress to reassert its Article I legislative authority over court procedure.

🛠 Structural Remedies:

1. Establish special divisions of federal courts (or revive Article III common law courts) for trials under original common law procedure.

2. Codify a “Right to Common Law Procedure Act” ensuring jury trial access and limiting summary judgment.

This affects EVERY PERSON with a pulse who doesn't want to live in a lawless tyranny.
