Final Inspection Before Move-In | Tenant Delay Application & Clean Up Needed!

Doing a final inspection today on this home — but the new tenant still hasn’t submitted her application, so we can’t let her move in yet.
While I’m here, I’m checking the condition and, unfortunately, we’ll need to bring in a vendor to finish removing leftover garbage and do a thorough cleaning.
This is all part of making sure the property is move-in ready and keeping things professional for our homeowners and future tenants.
