Originally I took a video focusing on the assessment on water damage of second floor main bedroom windowsill from the outside. This video however is a complementary to video taken on the same object FROM THE INSIDE. During the video I employ the screwdriver jab technique to demonstrate that >90%+ of the structural beams are not rotten.
