The Midsummer Festival has begun as of the 19th of June and Marcellene takes a break from hunting Amarthiel to head over to Minas Tirith and check out the festivities. But what's this? A new NPC has arrived there as well and convinces Marcellene to check out her peoples' offerings in Umbar?
