Logos & the Borg

Originally called The Gnostic & the Atheist, this essay was published 20 yrs ago by the Swedenborg Foundation in The Chrysalis Reader. It recounts a conversation on theology and ultimate reality with my husband, who tells me Star Trek already did that episode. Full of good humor and understanding, it looks at our state of insecurity and how the hive mind might be help and not be a Borg.
