Please consider this an official communication from our unincorporated lawful American Government, dba, The United States of America (Unincorporated), 1776. Demetrius Julius Shiva (also known as Ambrosius Divinagracia and Julius Divinagracia) has died of cancer in The United States.

We regret his passing; he was a gentle man, an honorable soul, and he had grown to love his adopted country.

His estate has entered probate and executors have been named in accordance with his last Will and Testament and this has been confirmed by the Court having immediate jurisdiction.

The details severing all and any prior Powers of Attorney and accommodations in favor of the estate, as well as the court order are presented to the President of the Government of the Philippines as part of our due process. The Last Will and Testament has been sealed by the Court to protect the beneficiaries, but is available to anyone who is interested to read in person.

Our Government affirms that at the time of his death, the individual known as Demetrius (sometimes Demetrios) Julius Shiva and otherwise born as Ambrosius Divinagracia, was fully immigrated and naturalized to South Carolina and was a state national of that nation-state with full guarantees and indemnities in place.

As such, he and his estate come under the protection of our government in international jurisdictions.

At the time of his death, Demetrius Julius Shiva was named and court-confirmed as the Executor and attorney-in-fact for the estate of Severino Sta. Romano, late of Illinois. This paperwork should have already been provided to you by the appropriate Federal District Court, as settling the estate of Severino Sta. Romano requires action by your government, too, and will require your complete understanding with regard to both estates.
