Is Gen Alpha the New Batch of Boomers?

If there is one sure thing in life beyond death and taxes, it’s that history repeats itself.

While Millennials and GenZ seemed more focused on whining about social justice and the unfairness of life, Gen Alpha seems to be headed into the abyss with a more hard-nosed attitude.

While we cry about teachers teaching pronouns, Gen Alpha is making fun of them.

While we call kids soft, because they aren’t allowed to roughhouse, Gen Alpha is mocking guidance counselors who call everything “bullying behavior.”

And, in a true throwback to the Boomer Generation of yore, they don’t understand 1980s bands.

Especially hair metal.

Hence, my daughter taking one look at Mötley Crüe, and asking her (legitimate) question.

Well, if anything, Gen Alpha will get along with their grandparents very well.
