Focus and Chill - Alpha Waves

Life on the autism spectrum is challenging for everyone involved. Balancing of daily routines, sensory, education, therapies, and so on can be quite cumbersome and the daily tasks still need to be completed. Adding in that I just moved into a new home, handled all the legal stuff that comes with turning 18, and just turning 18 itself, the experience has been so overwhelming making it difficult to focus, manage sensory, and adapt to this new stage of my journey. I created this video several months ago and it has been my "go to" for managing my sensory and motivation. I hope it works for you as well.

#calmingautism #binauralbeats #sensorysound #autismfrequency #alphawaves #432hz

This experience combines 228 Hz + 432 Hz + 912 Hz with 12 Hz binaural beats, 72 Hz Left + 84 Hz Right. I also used the color green for the visual experience because of it's calming and relaxing effects. For individuals on the autism spectrum, green and other soothing colors are used in sensory therapy environments to help minimize sensory overload and promote relaxation.
