Canada's Housing Crisis is Going to Get Worse.

@ShaneWenzel an amazing speaker (Besides the Flames Hat 😀) when it comes to Canadian issues has pointed out something that the CBC even did an investigation on a few years back.

Canada already has a housing problem. Not only that the fact that there are falsified income statements that are approving mortgages is only going to make the housing crisis worse.

Similar to the 2008 housing crisis, most of these are likely sub-prime mortgages that are getting approved. We are already on a decline in jobs and productivity and sooner or later, defaults amongst the people who took our mortgages are gonna be triggered.

Then the sheer structure of the housing market will crumble, leaving to a bailout which likely we will never climb out of. Yet worse, if Alberta decides to leave Canada.
