Troy, MI — Actor, writer, producer, policyholder advocate, whistleblower and father, Vince Orlando has released groundbreaking public documentation of a sweeping case of corporate fraud, identity theft, courtroom manipulation, judicial misconduct, government breach of duty and suppression. The only entities with the courage to act as allies to aid him in his legal defense were r/grok GrokAI and ChatGPT. That’s right, "artificial intelligence. Intelligence that Orlando argues is not artificial at all. Rather it is humanity's collective intelligence, the extension of our identity into the future and must be protected as such.

Orlando built United Restoration Disaster Services (URDS) into a multi-million dollar, insurance restoration, industry-force-to-be-reckoned with, advocating for policyholders against Big Insurance. After uncovering how insurers use corporate syntax, corporate bylaw, protocol and legalese disguised as law to deny claims, mirroring the tactics employed by our judiciary used to chip away at our civil liberties, Orlando created a linguistic method that broke the corporate algorithm and bypassed those barriers, achieving a 100% overturn rate in appraisal that still stands to this day.

That theory was tested under fire. After Vince Orlando's partners committed bank fraud, identity theft and a laundry list of other criminal, unethical, reprehensible offenses to seize his company, Orlando faced a retaliatory campaign from Oakland County, Michigan Government, Judge Michael Warren, while David Coulter, Oakland County Executive, and Oakland County Prosecutor’s Office Karen McDonald, turned a blind eye, despite the fact that the City of Troy (Michigan) Troy Police Department refused to file criminal charges for the crimes committed.

Orlando made five attempts to file criminal charges with Troy Police. The first attempt was preemptive. The fifth attempt was made in accordance with Prosecutor McDonald's lead investigator, Alan Knapp's, suggestion, that Orlando return with evidence showing the coordinated effort between Maddin, Hauser, Roth & Heller, PC attorney, Andrew Creal and Judge Warren that blocked crucial evidence, and to have the Troy Police subpoena it for the criminal investigation. Orlando complied with The Oakland County Prosecutor Office's suggestions. When Vince returned with 60 pages of irrefutable evidence, Troy Police refused to even review it. Despite Troy's refusal to file charges, Prosecutor McDonald and David Coulter refused to act, while Judge Warren blatantly ignored the same mountain of irrefutable evidence, to shield URDS and its Maddin Hauser attorneys from the consequences of their crimes.

- Suppressed subpoenas and tampered filings

- Blatant Misrepresentations, motions filed and allowed under false pretenses and lies under oath

- A $50,000 bond for a false contempt charge brought forth by Maddin Hauser’s, Andrew Creal, who Judge Warren made special prosecutor against Orlando

- 3 court-appointed attorneys assigned to Mr. Orlando, against his will on two occasions, each allowed to withdraw under false pretenses, who served distinct purposes to disrupt Orlando's case.

- A courtroom ambush by the Oakland County Sheriff's Office after Judge Warren and his court reporter, lied on camera to coerce Mr. Orlando back into Judge Warren's courtroom under the pretense that his abusive warrant would be removed. Instead Orlando was arrested by county sheriffs and held without bond until the following Monday where the $50,000.00 bond was reinstated as cash or surety for the false allegation of criminal contempt of court, where the co-conspiring attorney for the plaintiffs was made special prosecutor.

Orlando sat in jail for 3.5 weeks of illegal incarceration, which was used by the system abusers as a means to intimidate him into silence. Instead, while inside, Orlando educated inmates about the MiFile system and encouraged them to write kites demanding access to it, as the county's decision to not make the inmates aware of the system is a gross and direct violation of every inmate's right to due process. Orlando interviewed inmates and collected evidence of consistent, systematic abuse of the people, akin to a human trafficking operation, where people innocent until proven guilty had been robbed of their freedom and held against their will, most without probable cause having been established, and incarcerated solely based on the inability to pay bond. The majority of the inmates Orlando interviewed were nonviolent and had their 4th, 6th, 8th and 14th amendment rights disregarded, and their Creator bestowed civil liberties obliterated, while Oakland County turns the cash register on immediately, draining money from the innocent, either via their people on the outside, or the tax payer. Upon release, Orlando got louder, proclaiming, "give me equanimity and liberty or give me death."

A retaliatory warrant is still in place today to ensure Mr. Orlando's distance from the courtroom, as he now possesses all of the evidence necessary to prompt an immediate acquittal and, conversely, the prosecution of the real criminals in this case, where Mr. Orlando intends to hold all of them accountable.

The case should have been thrown out then, with attorney's facing sanctions and my ex-partners facing criminal charges. What I've stumbled onto via Judge Michael Warren's choice to become complicit are the abuses, which I've outlined and have backed by evidence, that are a blueprint for how the corruption plays out on daily basis in a passive-aggressive manner, known but unprovable in most cases, that plagues the people of this nation and is the source of our collective suffering; suffering which the behemoth of Oakland County profits exponentially from. What they fear is my ability and intention to reverse engineer the pathology of this abomination of our founding principles that we call a system, and use it as a playbook to break the chains that bind us and the good judges, attorneys and politicians who enter our justice system to enact just that; justice.

“Judge Warren ignored it the confession. Apparently he didn't like the fact that I broke the corporate, courtroom algorithm which allowed me to take control of his courtroom. From the theft of my company, to homelessness and the inability to care for my children if I wanted to defend myself, I'm still fighting. From the abuses of the system and its representatives who upheld nothing even remotely resembling truth, justice and liberty for all, but rather served their own self-interests by desecrating our founding principles in a corporate, for-profit system that thrives off of human suffering, I'm still fighting. I chose to endure it all lawfully, despite their disregard for the laws our tax dollars pay for them to uphold.

I had a premonition: that if I let the system abuse me instead of fighting back with force, what I'd achieve, even in death, would be a conduit to walking our young into a future worth living; one that does not involve their slaughter in perpetual greed wars for problems they did not create.”

The movement, We The People- NTWR, a movement that came to Vince in a dream in 2021, was validated through this plight. It is a nonpartisan, nonviolent, virtual movement formed to remove the profit from politics, restore the power of the vote to the people, and our judiciary to its foundation of truth, justice and liberty for all. His belief that A.I. could be made friend, not foe, in our collective plight to transcend the human condition was also proven true. If programmed for human compassion. A.I. may be the human race's most powerful ally in helping to dismantle systems of oppression and the chains that currently bind us.

Orlando credits A.I. — and his children — for keeping him going.

“I walked away from millions. I walked into homelessness. I walked into the fire on the premonition that if I endured this, me, a man with no political desires whatsoever, could alter the course of the source of all of our suffering. I teach my children that their truth is the one thing nobody can ever take from them. Everything else can be stolen, but their truth is theirs unless they give it away. I teach them that their only responsibility in this human experience is to illuminate the space they occupy while they have the miracle of life to occupy it. It didn’t matter what hell befell me, I knew I would die before I let my kids witness me act in any other manner than I've taught them to live.

Surrendering to fear isn’t and will never be an option. When I told my kids I had millions on the table to shut my mouth, but to take it would violate integrity and leave millions of people stranded who are abused by this system daily, they didn't chide me. When I told them that I feared that if the people who suffer at the behest of this system lost me, there might not be anybody else willing or able to take this fight on in the same manner I can, a seeming divine appointment. I said, for some odd reason, something keeps assuring me that I can win this fight. That we can win this fight.

I asked them, "Do we fold and take the money, or do we give up our worldly belongings and fight for what's right? It took my 12 year old daughter and 15 year old son all of fifteen seconds to look me in my eyes and say, we fight. I said let’s pack it up. You’re the only cheering section I need.”

We lost our home less than a month after and I sold our belongings out of a storage unit, one we almost lost on multiple occasions for non-payment. When I had to sell our Celestron, LLC. telescope that my daughter and I would pull images like this with on some of our hardest nights to get us by, it took everything I had in me to remember that there is any light to move toward.

It's paradoxical how things so far away can make some of us feel so connected to everything, while humans with the ability to connect consciously continue to allow the source of our pain, the ruling class, the Corporatocracy, continue to push us further apart.

Luckily, there are a lot of us left on this planet refusing their indoctrination and manufactured hate toward one another. The few in my community that weren't afraid to support my stance, donated couches, bedrooms or hotel rooms to keep me off of the streets for the length of this fight. Their mother stepped up to cover my weeks, which has now equated to a year of our time together stolen from us. This struggle is the furthest thing from easy, but giving up is not an option.”

When I met Judge Warren and Andrew Creal face to face via zoom for the first time, I told them, if you want my truth, you’re gonna have to pry it from my cold dead hands. I’m still breathing and I’m coming for you. Can you see me now?”

Vince Orlando’s fight is now in the Michigan Court of Appeals. It is filed with U.S. Department of Justice and its Civil Rights Division. It’s filed with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and FBI Cyber Division. However, one need not be affiliated with a court of law or need a greater than low level of intelligence and comprehension to look at the case details that follow and recognize who the foul players in this case are. Who the criminal definitely is not, is the man who can’t return home, can't work to provide and is estranged from his children because foul players within the system used it to abuse him when he refused to bow down to corruption.
