WTD Kickstance Combination 8, Bridge Set (Rank 2)

During my daily workout, I demonstrate Kickstance Combination 8 from Second Rank with the Bridge Set. This simply adds transitional elements of Trapping, Clinching, and/or Takedowns to the original combination. While these elements are mostly trained with partners, the combinations here assist with transitional work, in bridging in from the outside hand striking range. Some kicks are used in these combinations, but mostly as finishers.
