America's Decline

Last Thursday night, Trump did something he said he wouldn't do: started a new forever war. I have deliberately been silent over the weekend. When the bombing of Iran's facilities first happened, everyone came out yelping and screaming. Let these crybabies and lunatics have their say and then the voices of reason can speak. I try to fit into the later group. My late father was part of the first graduating Green Berets and drilled in my head to keep my emotions in check. Wait for all legitimate information to come out as you ask who, when, what, where, why and how. I am happy to say over the last few years I have been relearning this skill; keep my emotions in check.

Here are some historical facts:

During the end of WWII America dropped TWO atomic bombs on Japan.
America continued to use that area of the world as a testing ground to gage the consequences of these bombs for years in Japan.
Once we gathered all the intel there we could, we moved on and continued testing the bomb materials in small island nations in the South Pacific.
During the Vietnam War America used Agent Orange and eventually napalm on American soldiers.
In the 1980s, we gifted mustard gas to Saddam Hussein to use on Iranian people. Yeah! But Saddam Hussein had wmds…. 🤨
Since 1948, the world has turned a blind eye to the holocaust happening in Palestine. The same people who turned a blind eye to Hitler's holocaust, turned a blind eye to Israel's holocaust. At least they're consistent.

This brings me to our current disaster, bombing a country that has never attacked us here on American soil; Iran. Ask the average American where Iran is. I dare you. Pick someone randomly. I doubt they can look at a map and be able to point out where Iran is. Don't bother asking them about Persia, Iran’s former name. Definitely don't ask about their culture beyond Islam and terrorism. You will more than likely get a look that only be equal to hitting ctrl+alt+del. For those of you who aren't familiar with this, it restarted a computer. Yeah🤦‍♀️!

This brings me back around to the quote by George Carlin I put at the top. Our ‘leadership’ is full of selfish and arrogant people because that's what American society has become. Our society grew up with shows like Sally Jesse Raphel and Jerry Springer with an occasional touch of Maury Povich. You remember the man who says ‘you are or aren't the father’ then add The Simpsons in the mix. Here's the calculus equation version :
Stupid reality shows + stupid cartoons= X
artificial intelligence ÷ Greed= Y
X×Y=
Okay! I didn't say I completely understand calculus. I barely passed algebra the second time I had to take it. I think you get my point. The population in America has been made stupid on purpose. Charlotte Iserbyt did a boom on how the American Educational Industrial Complex has purposely made our society dumb. Also, check out John Taylor Gatto. He was a teacher in New York City and made teacher of the year.

What do you think? Will the lapdogs of MAGA finally realize he doesn't care about them? Or will they understand this after they bury their children because of Trump's new endless war?
