GIVING GOD ALL THE CREDIT

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA, MY DEAR PRECIOUS ONES!!!
I have to say, that no matter how many times I read this particular passage of scripture, in particular no matter how many times I read the book of Daniel, God always shows me something new from it and today was no different. This is a very interesting moment in Daniel's life come because he hasn't been in Babylon very long, it hasn't been a government official for very long, and now he is thrust into a very scary situation, and yet God not only directs him as to how to handle it but also gives Daniel what he needs for this situation. That in the end, not only was Daniel given the dream as well as its meaning for nebuchadnezzar, but in the midst of this, Daniel was humble and still continued to give God credit and praise for all of it.

I think that's why I was so extremely challenged, as well as a bit convicted with what I read out of this morning scripture, because I'll admit that I have moments where I struggle giving God the credit that He deserves for the things that take place in my life. I was especially challenged with these questions out of this morning’s devotional, because they got me to thinking about this very issue, and I wanted to share them with you tonight. Please read these questions carefully, and I pray that God challenges your heart through them too.

Where have you noticed God’s provision lately?

Why is it sometimes hard to acknowledge Him?

So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I pray that you really take the time to think about what I've shared here, especially in what it means to give God the credit, honor, glory, and praise for what He’s done, is doing, and will do in your life, and just simply do so. Remember guys, it's OK to celebrate moments, and rejoice in things that take place in your life but remember just WHO got you there. That bottom line, we want to make sure that while we're celebrating these accomplishments, that we're giving glory to God for it all. After all everything we have can be traced back to Him.
