This week we interview Michelle, a dedicated Bio-kineticist with over 18 years of experience in women’s health, movement rehabilitation, and pelvic floor therapy. She holds three degrees- a BSc in Sports Science, a BSc Honours, and an MPhil in Biokinetics—and is certified in pilates, yoga, hydrotherapy, and massage. She is the founder of Human.Kinetic.Studio., where she empowers women to move, heal, and thrive by combining science-backed methods with a compassionate, approachable style.

Michelle offers both in-person and online support, helping women address issues like pelvic floor dysfunction, core weakness, and overall vitality.
