Full Body Negatives Workout with Weights | 45 Minutes

This is a 45-minute total body negatives strength training workout to guilty pleasures sad music is no impact and requires very little space (perfect for a studio or apartment-living situation). I am using a mat, a single heavy dumbbell (25 lbs), a small step and a set of 8's. You may use whatever you'd like in the way of load knowing that we will be spending more time under tension in the eccentric phase, or lengthening phase, of each repetition. Wearing shoes is optional; you will want to be able to ground your feet into a stable position for the balance work. There is a short muscle activation to get started as well as a cool down/stretch in this video.
