Channel loyalty unlocked (against my will)

I’ve reached peak couch life. Had the remote in my hand and STILL didn’t change the channel. I don’t even know what I watched — just random daytime shows and judge court reruns. I’m not watching out of interest… I’m watching out of thumb fatigue. This is my sloth era.
