Today we’re making an Easy and Delicious Baked Pasta – perfect for a quick lunch or dinner, full of flavour and comfort!

🍝 Ingredients:
500g pasta

300ml tomato purée

½ litre sweetcorn (canned is fine)

200g sliced chorizo or smoked sausage

400ml beef stock

Salt, pepper, oregano, olives, and grated cheese to taste

⏲️ Preheated oven at 180°C (fan 160°C) / 350°F / Gas mark 4
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden and bubbling.
