President Trump not happy

President Trump says he's not happy with Israel and Iran cuz we're supposed to have a ceasefire but they were still retaliate against each other and the president was so heated that he cuss. What I want to know is that appropriate for the president or any elected official to get that heated and cuss had there been anybody else it would have been a whole different thing
