Due Process 101 - It's Fundamental!

Government should not create a fine for an offense without providing a system to challenge that fine. Unfortunately, as you can see here, the proponent legislator didn't seem to care. All citizens of this country are entitled to due process - at the very least to be afforded a process to contest the imposition of a penalty. Unfortunately, this law passed over my objection. #CTweCANdoBETTER
