WIN for AI Fair Use!!!

In Bartz v. Anthropic, Judge William Alsup delivered an absolute win for ruling that AI training is "exceedingly transformative," "quintessentially transformative," "spectacularly so," and "among the most transformative many of us will see in our lifetimes."

AI training IS fair use!

It's not a full win for Anthropic, though, since the judge found they used pirated copies for other purposes.
