North Korea opens a new beach resort without tourists

Leader Kim Jong Un cut a ribbon to open the big development on the east coast of the country on 24 June, according to video from state media. North Korea has no normal travel arrangements to allow foreigners to visit the country. The KCNA report said that domestic tourists will be allowed to visit the new resort from 1 July.
