Rookie Ranger [Wasteland 3]

She is the best shot in Colorado Springs. She is also annoying as hell. But that is fine, because she is just a rookie. Jokes aside Lucia doing good character progression through the game, but it is hard to not laugh from her behaviour at the beginning.
