Unusual clashes between the Rabah clan and Hamas' Arrow Unit led to heavy exchanges of fire inside and around the hospital. In the Gaza Strip, 20 people were reported dead and wounded, three ambulances and three vehicles were damaged - and the entrance to the hospital was completely destroyed.
