Park to get upgrades

Mackinac State Historic Parks is set to undergo significant infrastructure improvements thanks to a $35 million appropriation from the state of Michigan. Among the projects is the renovation of the Colonial Michilimackinac Visitor Center, which will include updates to restrooms, roofing, windows, doors and consistent heating and AC through the year.
