Fifth Column Motorcycle

Loud motorcycle at the entrance, this is the first time I see one of these motorcycles at the entrance. During the first several weeks after returning to NYC on May 14, I didn’t see or at least I didn’t notice any of these motorcycles parked at this street, before I left NY on Jan 8, there were around four parked practically everyday, the fifth column’s idea is to use them as another tool to keep a loud environment around my premises.
