Expats Who Behave Like Imbeciles

Without doubt, we do have foreigners, especially those who come from Western countries, who travel to other countries and find such stupid reasons to attack citizens and damage properties. My honest opinion is that these men choose to snap and lose all control, because they can't seem to attract foreign women. I wonder why.
