We are Abrahams Seed and Heirs to 'what Promise'?

The following statement was added as a comment on one of my posts recently:

"In Galatians 3:28-29, Paul expressly says that if we belong to Christ, we are Abraham’s seed and heirs according to the promise. Paul is saying that Gentiles in Christ are now included in the very promises that were given to Abraham’s descendants. That doesn’t mean we “replace” Israel, but it does mean we are brought into the same redemptive plan—not a separate one."
