Study Jams - Gamma Waves

This experience combines 270 Hz + 432 Hz + 963 Hz with 40 Hz binaural beats, 180 Hz Left + 220 Hz Right. I also used the color green for the visual experience because of it's calming effects while your brain cycles to gamma waves. For individuals on the autism spectrum, green and other soothing colors are used in sensory therapy environments to help minimize sensory overload and promote relaxation.

Your well-being is important-always prioritize your comfort and safety while exploring binaural beats.
