Looking for a way to unwind, reset, and reconnect with yourself? Join us for a weekly Gong Sound Journey—a deeply immersive sound meditation held almost every Saturday at 8:16pm HST at the HI VibeTribe Community Sanctuary.
During this one-hour experience, we weave together the resonant tones of gongs, crystal and metal singing bowls, chimes, bells, and a RAV drum to create a rich soundscape that gently guides you into deep relaxation. These instruments produce vibrations that support nervous system regulation, help release mental and emotional tension, and promote a state of meditative stillness. Whether you're new to sound healing or a returning guest, each session offers something unique and restorative.
