Donuts with custard

Ingredients for the dough:
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Warm water - 250 ml.
Warm milk - 250 ml.
Yeast - 2 tsp
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
Flour - by eye (the dough should be very soft)

Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Leave to rise for 1 hour.

Cream:
Flour - 4 tbsp
Milk - 800 ml.
Vanillin - 2 packs.
Sugar - 350 gr.

Mix everything and put on the stove. Without leaving, stir until thickened. Cover with cling film in contact.

Next, roll out the dough and cut out circles. Leave for 15 minutes (covered with a towel) fry the donuts in a large amount of oil on both sides.

Fill with cream, sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy.
