Warning Sign - (Sci Fi / Virus ) - 1985

Before Umbrella and Resident Evil there was Biotek and 'Warning Sign'.

A bio-weapons development laboratory in a small town, is disguised as a pesticides research facility. A virus is accidently released ,the emergency quarantine is activated. The building is locked down, with nearly all the staff trapped inside. As the virus infects the scientists and staff, trapped in the building, it turns them into psychotic killers.
Can the outbreak be stopped can the people be saved?
