TRAGIC! Fox Meteorologist Commits Suicide

Jessica Starr’s manner of death was ruled a suicide, a spokesperson from the Oakland County Medical Examiner’s Office told The Post on Friday. A representative from the Wixom Police Department would not provide more information on the incident, citing the ongoing investigation.

Starr got Lasik surgery in October and, prior to her suicide, spoke out publicly about her challenging recovery.

“I do still need all the prayers and well wishes cause this is a hard go. The doctor said it could take up to three months or so for me to feel 100 percent again,” Starr said in a Facebook video recorded live from her office Nov. 13. Starr posted the video from her first day back at work, saying she was happy to return to work after recovering at home.

But one day later, she apologized to her fans and said she’d need more time off to recover.
