People had to STEP INTO TRAFFIC just to get by this house

I actually found this house while I was working at another property just a few doors down. The front yard, sidewalk, and fence line was getting so overgrown that it took a second to even realize there was a house here. So I thought I would explore a little bit more to see what was going on. I knocked but it was obviously empty inside because I could hear my knocks echo through the house. The 1 window on the front was boarded up and the lawn was in horrible shape, so I thought I would get it cleaned up to look better for the neighbors and clean up the sidewalk to give people a better spot to walk besides the street.
