This here is bodyweight pullups.

Wet weight weighing in at just about 232lbs

I decided to perform these FIRST to see where I stand with zero weight, as usually I do weighted pullups.

also, I am doing negative reps till failure at the end by jumping up to the bar. To oversimplify, this generates more stimulus, which can lead to more growth, and a bigger muscle can lead to a stronger muscle. 💪
